Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. Each item is made-to-order and produced after you place an order to ensure quality and uniqueness.
How long does production take?
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
What are your U.S. shipping times?
- Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Estimated total delivery: 7–15 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be clearly shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with trusted production and logistics partners coordinated through our fulfillment network.
Orders may ship with carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on destination and availability.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
When do you offer a refund or replacement?
We offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
How do I request a refund?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information. We only share information as needed to process orders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
